1. Hot runner system design热流道系统设计
Start hot runner design as soon as receiving new assignments from team leader; Check the TCE and customer files (including requested standard) carefully before starting the design. Send design to team leader for check up when it’s finished （overseas team designers should send design to colleagues in Italy for check up if necessary ）, send files to customer after examination .
接到组长分配到的新工作之后开展设计，在设计开始之前仔细检查TCE 和客户文件（包括客户标准，设计结束之后发给组长检查 ( 如果有需要 ，海外组的设计在组长检查结束之后还需要发给意大利的设计负责人检查) , 检查之后将文件发给客户 。
2. Modification of hot runner system design热流道系统数据的修改
A Overseas team design 海外组的设计
Start modification when receiving mails about the modification request from Italian colleague. Contact our colleague in Italy if something is not clear.
收到意大利同事关于客户修改意见的邮件之后开展修改工作，如果客户的修改意见不清楚就及时与意大利的同事联系 。
B China team design 国内组的设计
Start modification when receiving modification request from customer. Contact customer directly if something is not clear, discuss with customer and modify accordingly.
收到客户的修改意见之后开展修改工作，跟客户讨论并制定出最终的修改方案 。
3. Send hot runner system design to production department将设计文档发给生产部门
A Overseas team design 海外组的设计
Send all production data to Italy once receiving confirmation from customer.
一旦收到客户的确认单 ，立即将所有需要发生产的数据发意大利生产 。
B China team 国内组的设计
Finish all the tasks in 3D status and send all production data to production department; Finish 2D design and send to customer afterwards.
收到客户的订单之后就立即完善3D 数据并将所有需要发生产的数据发生产 ，然后完成2D 图纸的设计并发客户 。
4. BOM list and files archiveing 物料清单及文件归档
Make sure the BOM list is 100% correct and then save the hot runner system design data into the server and lock the BOM. Send mails to production and purchasing department.
在确保物料清单准确无误之后 ，将热流道数据归档并且关闭 。发邮件通知生产部和采购部。
Job Requirement:
Good oral and written communication skills in English
良好的口头和书面英语交流能力。
Familiar with Solidworks software
熟练地运用Solidworks
Teamwork spirit
有一定的团队合作精神
Familiar with hot runner system and mold knowledge.
